Food Steam Boiler
The atmospheric food cover is an essential and central element of your steam boiler.
It centralizes 4 functions :
- Storage of feedwater.
- Preheating. The temperature must be 85 ° C minimum (required for all modern steam boilers) which allows partial degassing.
- Dosage of treatment products,
- Condensate recovery.
The atmospheric food cover is reserved for boilers of less than 4t / h of steam, beyond this power the pressure sheet must be considered for economic and technical issues.
The tarpaulin must be insulated, and heated with steam to be in temperature as soon as the steam is put into production.
The injection of water conditioning products must be done in the water and the control is done according to the fresh water flows or condensates. Finally, the installation height must be at least adapted to the multichannel pump NPSH of the boiler.
