This is a standard production of steam with a supply of demineralized water with chemical treatment.

The steam is produced by a generator / boiler with a stainless steel heating body .
The vapor generated is filtered and allows the retention of particles in order to avoid product contamination. The water supply treatment is food. Food vapor is likely to come into contact with food, but cannot be incorporated into the preparation.
