Effectively fight against clogging of tubes

Over time, the tubes in contact or closest to the burner fall victim to soot and other particles resulting from combustion. They then form a film inside the tubes, also called fouling.


Consequences of poor maintenance :

This fouling generates two major unwanted effects:

• The significant reduction in heat transfer within the boiler.
• The increase in fuel consumption, and consequently the increase in combustion costs.

How to avoid and reduce deposits :

• Adequate adjustment of the nozzle or change it during checks.
• Optimal combustion adjustment.
• Regular check of filters and fuel line.
• Regular maintenance, cleaning and checks.
