Industrial Steam:

This is a standard production of steam with a supply of demineralized water with chemical treatment.

Food Steam:

The steam is produced by a generator / boiler with a stainless steel heating body .
The vapor generated is filtered and allows the retention of particles in order to avoid product contamination. The water supply treatment is food. Food vapor is likely to come into contact with food, but cannot be incorporated into the preparation.

• Steam quality : filtered steam downstream of the network.
• Applications : humidification, heating in a water bath …
• Food risks : risks of contamination by migration.

Clean Steam:

It meets numerous regulations, in particular the CE 1935 standard / 2004 .
The steam is produced by a generator / boiler with a stainless steel heating body. The steam network and its equipment are also made of stainless steel and like food steam, the steam is filtered downstream of the network.
The feed water is not chemically treated, it is demineralized and reverse osmosis. The vapor generated can be used in pharmaceutical processes (contact with drugs), in clean rooms and can also be used in certain food preparations.
The boiler / generator must comply with sterilization regulations.

• Steam quality : Healthy filtered steam, free of particles and contamination.
• Applications : Sterilization, sterile humidification, food preparation.
• Food risks : none.

Pure steam:

Like clean steam, it meets the CE standard 1935/2004 .
The steam is produced by a generator / boiler with a stainless steel heating body and an all stainless steel steam network. The water that feeds the boiler is not chemically treated, it is demineralized and double osmosis.
The steam generated is used in food and pharmaceutical processes (contact and introduction of non-injectable drugs), in clean rooms, operating rooms, etc.

• Steam quality : pure, no condictivity.
• Applications : Sterilization, sterile humidification, food preparation, non-injectable pharmaceutical preparation.
• Food risks : none.
